Reporting Code Violations:

1. Call the Apollo Borough Police Department at 724 478 4201 extension 2. Leave a detailed message if no one answers.
2. Complete a Resident Complaint Form available at the office Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
3. Email a copy of the completed complaint form to: apollopolice@apollopa.net.

All supporting evidence such as photos and event times should accompany the report.
